#e20 #SocBiz Expert Talk on Challenges for Adoption and Change Management @CelineSchill @JoachimStroh @tdebaillon @SimonDueckert

Late last Friday afternoon with 20 minutes notice I was asked, by Björn Negelmann, to join a Google Hangout panel session discussing the latest challenges for #e20 and #socialbusiness projects. The key discussion was around the difficulty of adoption with these kinds of enterprise 2.0, social business, collaboration and knowledge management projects, and the underlying culture change required in the organisation. I lament the fact that we haven't made more progress on this topic since 2006 when we started talking about it seriously, but I am optimistic for the big shift that is occurring (cloud/web apps + social + mobile combining simultaneously) and for what happens next. If we social business practitioners work together with a more unified voice, we can change things.

Participants:
- Céline Schillinger
- Simon Dückert
- Joachim Stroh
- David Terrar
- Thierry De Baillon
with Björn Negelmann as moderator.

The event was captured on YouTube above and will be around an hour's investment of your time.

Björn's company Kongress Media runs events like the Enterprise 2.0 Summit, and regular #e20s Expert Talks like this one. They are live Google+ Hangout sessions with a panel or a topic expert, with feedback and questions on Twitter using hashtag #e20s, full details via a Facebook page, and also provided as video recording afterwards.
